Today was really special to me. I'm not really sure what it was about this year and why I felt it was so significant.... but it was.
I had a wonderful weekend with my family and spent the time making our home ready for the warmer months. We hosted a brunch for our grandmoms and had some quiet relaxing time together.

We were ready to change the playroom into more of a family room. It's amazing what a fresh coat of paint will do! It was the perfect setting for our first ever family movie night. Such fun!
